Hotel Fürstenhof, Celle

The Fürstenhof is one of the three leading hotels in Lower Saxony and can look back on a long tradition. The historic baroque palace from 1670 is the core of the house that today combines tradition and modern spirit. The Fürstenhof was taken into the Althoff Hotel Collection in February 2005 and extensively
renovated. A total of 68 comfortable rooms, furnished according to different themes, are available to the guests, as well as five wonderful suites and six function rooms. The restaurant “Endtenfang”, awarded 1 Michelin Star, is the second best rated restaurant in Lower Saxony. Chef de Cuisine Hans Sobotka
knows to spoil his guests with culinary highlights from his “Grande Cuisine Aromatique”.
Furthermore, the “Taverna & Trattoria Palio” (currently 16 points in the Gault Millau) serves its guests the ingenious “Cucina casalinga”.
